Ray J. Kollar

Ray J. Kollar

Ray Kollar is President and General Manager of the CPFilms subsidiary of Solutia Inc.

CPFilms is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, aftermarket window films for the automotive and architectural markets as well as the U.S. leader in the do-it-yourself window film segment. CPFilms is also a leading supplier of high-value precision-coated films and film components sold to a variety of OEM markets including the electronic display and medical device industries. As President and General Manager, Ray has responsibility for all commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the business.

Before being named to this position in 2009, Ray served as the Vice President of Commercial Services for Solutia’s Technical Specialties business. Prior to joining Solutia in 2007, Ray spent 20 years at Intel Corporation at positions in the sales and marketing areas. His broad range of experiences in the technology sector also includes business development, corporate strategy, engineering and product development.

Ray earned his M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron.



Radhika Batra

Radhika Batra

Radhika Batra is Vice President, Business Process for CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. Batra’s current role is to analyze and optimize manufacturing, supply chain and commercial flow to help ensure CPFilms remains positioned for growth. Batra has been with Solutia for three years, most recently as the VP of Supply Chain for Technical Specialties.

Prior to joining Solutia, Batra spent 17 years with Rohm and Haas in various roles, including a focus on procurement and purchasing strategy. Batra’s broad range of experiences in the chemical sector also includes research, product development and marketing.

Batra earned her Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from Columbia University in New York, and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.



Michael W. Berezo

Michael W. Berezo

Michael W. Berezo is Vice President, Business Operations of CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. He has responsibility for the worldwide architectural and automotive window film business segments as well as the CPFilms manufacturing operations, including the Martinsville and Canoga Park plants. In addition, he will also have responsibility for Planning and Operational Excellence.

Since 2007, Berezo served as Vice President, Global Procurement for Solutia and prior to this position was responsible for the commercial operations of Solutia’s Nylon business. Berezo joined Monsanto Co. in 1980 and held various sales, marketing, business management, manufacturing, and corporate staff positions in Monsanto until February 1999. He joined Solutia, the former chemical businesses of Monsanto, at that time.

Berezo earned his AB in Biology from Harvard College.



Lisa Winckler

Lisa Winckler

Lisa Winckler is Director of Product Development and Technology for CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. Winckler is responsible for the Department of Research and Technology, which focuses on innovation and the development of new products to meet the needs of the growing market. In addition, she started the Technical Services Organization at CPFilms, evolving it from a one-person department to the industry’s leading resource for global technical support.

In 1984, Winckler began working as a Quality Manager and Certified Quality Engineer for Gila River Products, which later was acquired by the business that is today’s CPFilms. Winckler began her career at Sheldahl Inc., a manufacturer of products in the flexible laminate technology field.

Winckler currently holds four patents. She received her Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of South Dakota.



Ben Foo Doon Seng

Ben Foo

Benjamin Foo Doon Seng is General Manager, Asia & Australia for CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. He is responsible for CPFilms’ sales, marketing, market development and distribution activities for the Asia and Australia regions. Based in Shanghai, Foo will focus the efforts of the regional and global business teams on the highest potential opportunities to yield sustained growth and market development.

Prior to CPFilms, Foo was General Manager of Johns Manville, a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial and residential applications. Before Manville, Foo held roles of increasing responsibility at Hilti Asia, Stanley Works, Tai Wah Distributors and ASICS.

Foo graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and major Chinese dialects.



Salvatore Abbate

Salvatore Abbate

Salvatore Abbate is Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. Based in St Louis, Sal is responsible for global market opportunity assessment, sales and marketing strategy and the growth and development of the window films business for all markets.

Prior to CPFilms, Abbate was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Armstrong Cabinet Division. Under his management, that division increased in revenue by 15% for two consecutive years, despite a declining market. Abbate held other positions of importance during his time at Armstrong including Director of Process Improvement and Six Sigma, Brand Manager of Residential Tile, and Assistant Plant Manager for Tile Operations.

Abbate received his Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern University and his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.



George Kealy

George Kealy

George Kealy is General Manager of EURMEIAR (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa, and Russia) for CPFilms, a subsidiary of Solutia Inc. He is responsible for CPFilms’ sales, market development and distribution activities throughout the EURMEIAR region. Based in Runcorn, UK, Kealy is CPFilms’ senior executive in the region, providing strategic guidance and leadership to the CPFilms team.

Prior to CPFilms, Kealy was Managing Director – Southern Europe for a division of The Vita Group, a manufacturer of advanced cellular foams. Before Vita, Kealy spent over ten years in senior European commercial and general management positions with Premier Farnell Plc, a distributor of industrial and automotive aftermarket maintenance consumables. Early in his career, Kealy worked in Cameroon for a division of Sara Lee, and ran his own business as a franchisee for Alphagraphics, a desktop publishing and quick print retailer.

Kealy graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor’s in International Marketing. He is fluent in English, and French.



Scott Morris

Scott Morris

Scott Morris joined Solutia in 2006 as the director of business development and in 2007 transitioned to general manager of Precision Coatings, a division of CPFilms. In his role, Morris is responsible for creating and executing international sales and marketing strategies for the electronics, energy and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Solutia, Morris served as the director of corporate development for Spectrum Brands where he was responsible for developing a pipeline and executing transactions for mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, licensing, and new category penetration. These efforts helped the company grow from approximately $250 million in sales to just under $1 billion before being sold. Morris also served as the director of international sales and marketing for Brulin Corporation. He created the company’s international division, focused on selling precision surfactants for the aerospace and electronics markets. He has extensive professional experience in international growth strategy and is proficient in both German and Spanish languages.

Morris has a B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University and an MBA from Kelly School of Business (Indiana University).
